RS 40:623 - Certain cosmetics excepted from labeling requirements The department may promulgate regulations excepting from any labeling requirements of this Part cosmetics which are, in accordance with the practice of the trade, processed, labeled, or repacked in substantial quantities at establishments other than those where originally processed or packed, on condition that these cosmetics are in conformity with the provisions of this Part upon removal from the processing, labeling, or repacking establishment.
