RS 40:718 - Each separate plant subject to inspection or permit fee For purposes of this Part, each plant or place where soft drinks, malt beverages, or other nonalcoholic beverages are manufactured for sale is considered a separate and distinct business, subject to the inspection or permit fees provided for in this Part, even though the plants or places may be owned or operated by one person.
