RS 40:74 - Report of annulments of adoption The clerk of court shall prepare, within ten days after the decree becomes final, from the court records, a certificate of every decree of annulment of adoption on forms furnished by the state registrar. On or before the fifteenth day of each month, the clerk shall forward the certificates prepared by him during the preceding calendar month to the state registrar. Upon receipt of a court order of annulment of an adoption registered in his office, the state registrar shall restore the original certificate to its original place in the files.
