RS 40:741 - Rules and enforcement; criminal penalties A. The department may adopt rules to implement the provisions of this Part. All rules shall be adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. B. The department may deny, suspend, or revoke a permit when the department determines that there has been a substantial failure to comply with the provisions of this Part or to comply with the rules adopted under the provisions of this Part. C. Whoever violates the provisions of this Part shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars. Acts 1991, No. 623, §1.
