RS 40:789 - Labeling No one shall sell or offer for sale in this state any enriched flour or enriched bread which is not labeled in accordance with Part I of this Chapter and regulations thereunder and with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the regulations thereunder governing the labeling of flour or bread introduced into interstate commerce.
