RS 41:1221 - Penalties for violation Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars and not less than twenty-five dollars or be imprisoned for not less than ten days or more than ninety days, or both. In the case of a violation of this Part by any corporation, the corporation shall be subject to a fine, and the executive officer of the corporation shall be subject to fine and imprisonment as the representative of the corporation, as provided for individuals in this section.
