RS 41:1224 - Leases without advertisement or bids Notwithstanding any other provision of this Part to the contrary, in Orleans Parish or Jefferson Parish, the requirements for public bid and advertisement shall not apply to any lease of land of less than ten thousand square feet in size to which the lessor has title, custody, or possession, when the lease is between the lessor and the owner of the adjacent land.
