RS 41:1335 - Land exchanges by director of highways All land exchanges or any contracts for the exchange of land heretofore made by the director of highways as head of the department of highways of the State of Louisiana, be and the same are hereby confirmed and ratified, and authority to complete all such executory contracts be and the same is hereby especially given the said director of highways.
