RS 41:1337 - Sales of land by Louisiana tuberculosis commission prior to July 27, 1932 All sales of lands made prior to July 27, 1932, by the Louisiana tuberculosis commission created by Act 161 of the Louisiana legislature for the year 1912, are hereby ratified and confirmed, notwithstanding any defects therein, and the purchasers thereof are hereby quieted in their possession and declared to have acquired a valid and legal title thereto, except that as to such sales effected on and after June 18, 1921, but prior to July 27, 1932, the mineral rights in and to the lands thus sold are declared to have been reserved to the state of Louisiana, notwithstanding that no specific reservation was made in the acts of sale.
