RS 41:1613 - State cooperation The chief administrative officers of all state agencies are authorized and directed to cooperate with and assist the division, the secretary, and the attorney general in carrying out the purposes and intent of this Chapter. All state and local law enforcement agencies and officers are authorized and directed to assist in enforcing this Chapter and in carrying out the intent hereof. Acts 1989, No. 291, §1.
