RS 41:3 - Proceeds of sale of warrants or public land All money arising from the sale of warrants or public land shall be paid by the purchaser to the state treasurer, on the warrant of the commissioner of administration. The state treasurer shall receive the money within forty-eight hours after the issuance of the warrant. Acts 1983, No. 705, §3, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
