RS 41:715 - Compensation of parish treasurer The parish treasurer may retain, out of the proceeds of the sales of sixteenth sections effected by him, a compensation of two and one-half per cent on the amount of the sales, which shall be deducted from the cash payment, and which shall be full compensation of his services.
