RS 41:721 - Collection of notes given for purchase price The State Auditor shall forward for collection to the treasurer of the school board in their respective parishes throughout the state, all the notes given for the purchase price of sixteenth sections, or any part thereof, whenever any installment of the purchase price becomes due, and the treasurer of the parish school board shall receive and receipt for them.
