RS 42:1121.1 - Assistance to certain persons after termination of public service Notwithstanding any provisions in Sections 1112, 1113, and 1121 of this Part to the contrary, any member or former member of a parish governing authority who prior to May 25, 2006, was serving as a parish manager may continue to serve as parish manager, provided that such member recuse himself from any vote regarding his employment as parish manager.
