RS 42:1130.3 - Enforcement; penalties The provisions of this Part shall be enforced as provided in Part III of this Chapter. Violations of this Part shall be subject to applicable penalties as provided in Part III of this Chapter; however, no fine shall be imposed for any violation occurring prior to January 1, 2009.
