RS 42:1162 - Copy of ethics code to be furnished by the secretary of state Whenever the secretary of state shall issue a commission to a public servant, he shall include therewith a copy of this Chapter in pamphlet or other form convenient to the secretary, and the public servant shall acknowledge receipt thereof when filing his oath of office with the secretary of state.
