RS 42:1166 - Violation of code by tenured public employee of a state public higher education institution Any final determination that a tenured public employee of a public higher education institution in this state has violated any provision of law within the jurisdiction of the board, except as otherwise exempted therefrom, may be grounds for disciplining or dismissing the tenured public employee by the appropriate higher education management board, or by the appointing authority by order of the board or panel in accordance with applicable tenure law, rule, or policy.
