RS 42:39.1 - Judges; eligibility to serve on boards of directors of financial institutions Any person serving in or elected or appointed to the office of judge of any court may hold and manage investments, including real estate, and engage in other remunerative activity and may also serve as a member of the board of directors of any bank, lending institution, homestead or savings and loan association, or other similar financial institutions.
