RS 42:404 - Persons to whom reinstatement provisions do not apply The provisions of this Part shall not apply to any elected officer nor to any officer whose term is fixed by law or runs concurrently with the term of the governor, when the statutory term of the office has expired, at the time the officer is discharged from the military service.
