RS 42:460 - Recoupment of overpayments; establishment of rules The division of administration shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to provide state agencies with the ability to recoup overpayments made to state employees. Such recoupments shall include but not be limited to overpayment of wages paid to employees and erroneous refunds of deductions withheld from employees. Acts 2003, No. 1067, §1, eff. July 1, 2003.
