RS 42:67.1 - Minimum qualifications Each person appointed to a management position covered by this Part shall have at least the following qualifications: (1) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; however, appropriate work experience related to the position of appointment or employment may be substituted on a year for year basis for such degree. (2) Three years of responsible managerial experience. Added by Acts 1983, No. 693, §1.
