RS 42:67.2 - Inapplicability of Part The provisions of this Part shall not be applicable to any person holding a position defined in R.S. 42:67 on the effective date of this Part. Additionally, the provisions of this Part shall not apply to management positions in those offices of the executive branch of state government provided for in Article X, Section 2(B)(10).
