RS 43:112 - Penalties Any officer of the state, or any member or officer of any state department, board, or commission, who violates R.S. 43:111, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars or be imprisoned for not less than three months, nor more than six months, or both.
