RS 43:16 - House and Senate journals; time for delivery and penalty for failure Whoever is awarded the contract for the journals of the houses of the legislature shall furnish and have the journals ready for delivery within sixty days after the adjournment of the legislature. The sum of one hundred dollars per house shall be paid by the contractor for each day he is in default after the expiration of the sixty days. Amended by Acts 1980, No. 671, §1.
