RS 43:208 - Advertisements of judicial sales may be advertised in morning or afternoon newspaper All judicial sales by public auction or otherwise, required by law or by an order of court to be advertised in a newspaper, may be published either in a morning or afternoon newspaper, provided that when the advertisement is published in an afternoon newspaper, it shall be legal if the last advertisement is in an issue of the afternoon newspaper of the day last immediately preceding the day of sale.
