RS 43:86 - State printer of the official journal of state The contractor who obtains the contract for the printing provided for under the provisions of this Chapter shall be designated as the 'State Printer of the Official Journal of the State', and the newspaper so designated to print said advertising shall be known as the 'Official Journal of the State'.
