RS 44:11.1 - Limited access to domiciliary address information for judges A. Any judge of a court of record may request to have his name removed from information concerning his domiciliary address on a publicly accessible website containing the property assessment rolls of a parish property tax assessor or collector. The request shall be a written request submitted each year to the parish property tax assessor or collector, and the judge shall provide proof of the current holding of judicial office with the written request. B. A person wishing to access personal ownership information of property which has been removed pursuant to Subsection A of this Section may request the records at the office of or by submitting a written request by mail or electronic mail to the parish property tax assessor or collector. C. The provisions of this Section shall not be construed to restrict public access to records concerning immovable property in the parish. Acts 2022, No. 394, §1.
