RS 44:181.2 - Deputy recorders The clerk of court may appoint three deputies whose duties shall be the same as that of the parish recorder. Each deputy shall take the oath of office which the law prescribes for the recorder. Each deputy shall devote full-time to the duties of his office and shall not engage in any other profession or hold any other office. Acts 2006, No. 621, §5, eff. June 23, 2006.
