RS 44:185 - Recordation books; indexes The clerk of court as the parish recorder shall keep a book of conveyances, a book of mortgages, and other recordation books as provided by law. He shall keep indexes as required by law. Acts 2006, No. 621, §5, eff. June 23, 2006.
