RS 44:367 - Certified copies of re-established archives prima facie evidence Certified copies from re-established archives shall be received as prima facie proof of all that they recite, that properly belongs to the originals of such instruments, and also of the date of filing and recordation of the original instruments, under the same rules as the recorded copies of the same would have been received had they not been destroyed.
