RS 44:67.2 - Construction; enforcement A. The provisions of this Part shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purposes. B. The provisions of this Part shall not be construed to affect the rights of a public employer pursuant to Part V of Chapter 9 of Title 23 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 or to require a particular form of employment agreement between a public employer and its employees. C. The provisions of this Part may be enforced as provided in R.S. 44:35. Acts 2012, No. 168, §1.
