RS 45:1146 - Bonds; submission to voters The resolution of the governing body, proposing the issuance of revenue bonds in pursuance to the provisions of this Part shall provide that the question of issuing the revenue bonds shall be submitted first to the voters of the subdivision in an election which shall be called and held for such purpose; and in all matters pertaining to the election, including the qualifications of the voters and the manner of calling and conducting such elections and canvassing and promulgating the results thereof, the provisions of Title 39, Sub-title II, Chapter 4 shall govern.
