RS 45:1149 - Full authority given to own utilities and issue bonds; further proceedings unnecessary The provisions of this Part shall constitute full authority for the construction, acquisition, extension or improvement of public utilities and the authorization and issuance of bonds and for the accomplishment of all things authorized to be done, and no proceedings relating thereto or to the authorization or issuance of such bonds or the security therefor or the granting of such franchise shall be necessary except as required by these provisions.
