RS 45:1173 - Security issues; evidence of compliance A copy of any order made and entered by the commission under R.S. 45:1168 through 45:1175, duly certified by the secretary of the commission, shall be sufficient evidence for all purposes of full and complete compliance by the public utility with all procedural and other matters required precedent to the entry of the order.
