RS 45:1182 - Expenses of investigation; failure to pay; revocation of certificate of authority to do business If any person fails or refuses to pay the amount of expenses of examination certified to by the commission, after fifteen days from the receipt of such certificate, or after final judgment where a rule has been taken as provided in R.S. 45:1181, the commission may revoke the certificate of authority of the person to do business until the full amount is paid.
