RS 45:1185 - Process of commission; form; execution Attachments for witness and all other process or orders issued by the commission shall be issued and signed by the secretary of the commission, and shall bear the seal of commission, and shall be executed and enforced by the sheriffs of Louisiana in the same manner as in civil proceedings before the courts of this state.
