RS 45:1189 - Process of commission; sheriff's compensation Sheriffs throughout Louisiana shall receive for their services the same compensation as in the service or execution of notices, orders, or process of a similar nature in civil cases, to be paid out of the amount appropriated for the expenses of the commission.
