RS 45:122 - Extensions of services and facilities, requirement of The Louisiana Public Service Commission has authority to require electric public utilities furnishing electricity to make extensions of their services and facilities whenever the revenues to be derived from the proposed extensions will be sufficient to provide a fair return upon the fair value of the facilities used and useful in rendering additional service.
