RS 45:1238 - Financing orders including the Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corporation A. Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 45:1228(C)(3), in a financing order issued to an electric utility by the commission to create storm recovery property, the financing order may provide that such storm recovery property shall be sold, assigned, or transferred by the electric utility to the corporation. B. When an electric utility petitions the commission for a financing order pursuant to this Section, the corporation shall be a party to the commission's proceedings along with the pertinent utility.
