RS 45:1376 - Compliance If the holder of a certificate is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in noncompliance with the requirements of this Chapter, the court shall order the holder of the certificate, within a specified reasonable period of time, to cure the noncompliance. If the holder fails to cure in accordance with the court's order, the court may remedy such noncompliance. Acts 2008, No. 433, §1.
