RS 45:186 - Issuance of permit or certificate When any applicant for a service car permit has complied with the provisions of R.S. 45:184 through 45:191, the clerk of the governing authority of the parish in which he resides, shall issue to him a permit or certificate which will be his authority to operate a service car.
