RS 45:187 - Number of passengers No owner or operator of any service car designed for five adult persons shall carry more than four adult passengers besides the operator. No owner or operator of any service car designed for seven adult persons shall carry more than six adult passengers besides the operator. In no case shall any service car carry more passengers than the car is designed to seat comfortably.
