RS 45:261 - Delivery of identical petroleum or delivery from common stock at destination Pipe lines included in the provisions of this Chapter, at their election, may deliver to the consignee either the identical petroleum received for transportation, subject to such consequences of mixing with other petroleum, as are incident to pipe line transportation, or they may make delivery from their common stock at destination; but if the latter be done the delivery shall be of substantially like kind and equal market value.
