RS 45:263 - Procedure before commission and on review to be that used in similar cases Except as herein otherwise provided, the rules of practice and procedure prescribed and enforced with respect to proceedings before the commission in other matters over which it has jurisdiction, shall apply to and govern proceedings before the commission under this Chapter. The right of and delays for appeal from the judgment of any trial court rendered hereunder, and the delays therefor, shall be the same as now or may hereafter be fixed by the constitution and laws of Louisiana governing appeals in other cases affecting the rules, orders and regulations of the commission.
