RS 45:321 - Stations; naming The Louisiana Public Service Commission shall govern, regulate and control the naming of railroad stations in Louisiana, by adopting, establishing or changing the name of any railroad flag station or agency station now in existence, or which may hereafter be established by any person, operating a railroad in the state, or which may be established by an order of the commission.
