RS 45:456 - Violation of law; exceptions Any railway company violating R.S. 45:455 shall be fined not less than fifty dollars, nor more than five hundred dollars. This Section shall not be effective in case of strikes, governmental regulation or causes beyond the reasonable control of the railroad company.
