RS 45:6 - Recordation It is the duty of every person engaged in the business of carrying persons for hire by airplane to cause the bond to be recorded in the office of the recorder of mortgages of the parish in which the person is domiciled, if domiciled in this state, or in the office of the recorder of mortgages of the parish of East Baton Rouge if the person is not domiciled in this state.
