RS 45:62 - Navigable waters, right to utilize Corporations, operating under R.S. 45:61, have the right to utilize waters of navigable streams and other waters of the state for irrigation purposes, under regulations which the Department of Public Works shall prescribe, for the purpose of preventing unnecessary injury to private and public property.
