RS 45:65 - Expropriation; proceedings This right of expropriation shall be exercised in the same manner, by the same proceedings, and under the same limitations now imposed by law on railroads and other quasi-public corporations; except through those townships, sections, or properties that are now occupied by irrigation canals.
