RS 45:67 - Streams and waters, crossing Corporations, described in R.S. 45:64, have the right to cross all streams and waters but the construction of these works over, under, and across the same shall not impede or interfere with navigation, drainage, or the natural servitude of the lands on which the rights of way may be exercised.
